Even as a young boy growing up in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains of Eastern Kentucky, Carl Hurley noticed the fun.
"Humor was never far away," recalls Carl, who now makes a career out of noticing the fun and still filters much of it through those early childhood experiences in East Bernstadt, Kentucky.
"Humor was all around us," he says. "We needed it to survive."
On this recording, Carl goes "country formal" by taking his hilarious stories from back home to the historic Opera House theatre in Lexington, Kentucky.
It's a memorable evening of comedy that reminds us that laughters adds years to our life...and life to our years.
